- Standing seam metal – modern and aesthetic façade finish, resistant to weather, UV radiation, and corrosion.
- PIR sandwich panel – provides excellent thermal insulation due to its low thermal conductivity (λ ≈ 0.022–0.024 W/mK).
- Steel or wooden structure – stable frame providing durability and load resistance.
- Rock wool – additional insulation layer improving thermal and acoustic performance, and increasing fire resistance.
OSB panel – rigid, solid interior finish, ensuring structural stability and ready for further finishing.
Modern Thermal Insulation
PIR Panels
PIR panels feature excellent thermal insulation thanks to a very low thermal conductivity. They are lightweight, resistant to compression and mechanical damage, and protect against moisture. Additionally, they have high fire resistance — self-extinguishing — and provide effective acoustic insulation.
Excellent thermal insulation
Thermal conductivity (λD) of 0.022–0.024 W/mK ensures the highest insulation standard. This means less energy loss, lower heating bills and pleasant coolness in summer.
Fire safety
PIR panels are self-extinguishing and do not sustain flames once the fire source is removed. Thanks to this, they significantly increase the building’s security level.
Chemical and biological resistance
It does not corrode and is resistant to mold and fungi growth.
Moisture resistance
They have very low water absorption, maintaining thermal properties even in harsh conditions.
Mechanical strength
The material is resistant to compression, mechanical damage, and external factors.
This ensures that the insulation will remain stable and will not deform.
Acoustic comfort
They effectively dampen sound, providing peace and quiet inside the building.

Thermal and Acoustic Insulation
Rock wool
Rock wool combines outstanding thermal insulation with high fire resistance and effective acoustic performance.
Thanks to its low thermal conductivity coefficient (λD from 0.031 to 0.045 W/mK), it effectively reduces heat loss in winter and prevents overheating in summer, ensuring comfortable conditions all year round.
- Acoustic insulation – high sound absorption coefficient αw (up to 1.00).
- Moisture resistance – low water absorption (WS and WL).
Fire safety – non-combustible material, fire reaction class A1.

Technical Properties of Rock Wool

Thermal conductivity (λD)
a key parameter of insulation performance – the lower the value, the better the thermal protection.

Density
tailored to specific applications – from 38 kg/m³ (facade wool) to 180 kg/m³ (elevation wool).

Water vapor permeability (μ)
a low MU factor allows the structure to "breathe" and minimizes the risk of moisture accumulation.

Dimensional stability
rock wool does not shrink or deform under temperature changes, ensuring long-term insulation performance.
Structural Steel
Construction
S355 is a widely used low-carbon structural steel known for its high mechanical strength and excellent weldability.
With a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa, it performs exceptionally well in projects requiring durability and reliability.
It is a versatile material that is easy to process and resistant to impact, even at low temperatures, making it suitable for various construction and engineering applications.
Key Properties of S355 Steel
High yield strength: with 355 MPa, the steel can handle heavy loads without permanent deformation, ensuring overall structural safety.
Impact resistance: maintains its properties under variable and low temperatures, making it ideal for demanding climate conditions.

Protection and Aesthetics
Polyurethane Paint
Corrosion resistance
pigments protect the metal surface from rust and oxidation.
Durability and flexibility
the coating does not crack and retains its properties for many years.
Weather resistance
the paint remains glossy and does not fade or yellow under sunlight.
High chemical resistance
withstands exposure to solvents, oils, salts, and petroleum-based products.
Mechanical strength
protects the surface from abrasion and mechanical damage.
Aesthetic finish
ensures lasting gloss and an attractive appearance of painted elements.
Your Style
Natural Wood Facade
Elegance and durability
Natural materials
only carefully selected wood species resistant to changing weather conditions.
Long-lasting protection
surfaces treated with coatings that protect against moisture, UV rays, and biological decay.
Lazures
Provide excellent protection from weather and UV exposure while maintaining the natural wood texture and grain, adding subtle color depth.
Varnish stains
Form a flexible and durable protective layer resistant to moisture, sunlight, and microorganisms – ideal for façades requiring an elegant appearance and lasting protection for years.
